I’ve spent the past year traveling around the world - Japan, New Zealand, and all over southern Europe - getting as far out of my comfort zone as possible. I’m back in Seattle and am excited to join a new design team after a year of gathering creative inspiration.

As a designer, I care about asking the right questions and solving the right problems. I’m a big Figma nerd but still brainstorm the best via pen & paper. I love collaborating with other designers, developers, and product folks.

In my six years as a designer, I’ve worked on projects across the spectrum of product design. I’ve led design and research for global orgs shipping new services, designed IoT and XR mobile apps for startups, and built multi-platform design systems for consumer product companies. My sweet spots are interaction design & prototyping, qualitative research, and building design systems.

Some of my favorite design books include Design Justice, Gödel, Escher, Bach, Engaged: Designing for Behavior Change, and Cradle to Cradle.

I have a BA in Art & Design from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. When I’m not online, you’ll find me hiking, biking, or making my own ice cream.
